Hey! I'm Rebecca, a musical theatre choreographer and director, based in Colorado. I currently live in Denver and when not in the rehearsal studio, I can often be found on the hiking trail with my dog, Rudy.
I specialize in choreography and musical theatre direction for all ages and skill levels. Growing up in theatre, I saw the panic arise in my friends whenever the dreaded "dance call" would arrive. I believe dance and movement should be fun, and make the actors feel elevated and supported in their character and storytelling. A well-choreographed dance connects performers with the audience and with each other- anyone can dance given the right choreography!
I own Denver-based performing arts company Apex Performing Arts Collective and have taken casts to the Junior Theatre Festival where our work has received awards for Excellence in Dance (2023).
